Any savings estimate or quote is based on the information you provide and is not a binding offer. Final pricing and terms for any point-of-sale or processing service are set out in the applicable provider agreement you choose to sign.
You agree to provide accurate business and contact information and to review any provider agreement before signing. You are responsible for your own compliance with the laws that apply to your business.
By submitting our form you may choose to receive communications from LeadsUp. Providing your mobile number and opting in to texts is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadsUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date, and continued use of our services means you accept them.
